Founded in 2024, SML Performance Automotive specializes in performance parts specifically for VW and Audi 4 cylinder and 5 cylinder engines. This includes cars such as the GTI, Golf R, Jetta, A3, S3, RS3, TT, TTS and TT RS models. Why such a limited range of cars? The answer is simple. The VW/Audi 1.8T, 2.0T and 2.5T engines are some of the most tunable engines ever made with horsepower figures reaching upwards of 1,000 hp for the 2.5T engine, and 600+ hp for the 1.8T and 2.0T engines.
